Here's a collection of pieces I've made in the last year. Or, at least, those I'm most happy with.
I tend to prefer a looser, rougher style for most of my process, especially when working on bigger illustrations or the initial phases of any project. On the other hand, realistic and detailed portraits allow me to lose myself in the work and they usually make me the proudest when I'm done (see the frame painting I made from the movie The Fall, below).
In 2022, I took part in a project hosted by Brian May for the reissue of his album Another World. The book collects numerous illustrations by artists from all over the world.
Half Away - Better Half Team
A Fantasy One-Shot adventure, where players explore a colorful Spirit Kingdom through the eyes of Juna, solving puzzles thanks to her ability to hear the Hidden Voices of Objects. Juna must choose: to save her brother at the cost of her life or abandon him to his fate.

ABOUT ME
My name is Elisa "Eli" Grassi and I’m a Concept Artist and Digital Illustrator.
I've always been looking for new ways to be inspired and enchanted by people and their stories, and because of that research I've discovered my love for cinema and videogames.
Storytelling in general is a concept that fascinates me deeply. I find the act of narrating or writing tales (either to teach or inspire) to be a very human characteristic and something so powerful it can bind us all in a collective experience that is rarely the same.
Finding other people's perspectives on common pieces of life has pushed me to seek that skillset needed to communicate effectively and with spirit.
I've studied Concept Art and Digital Illustration (applied to videogames and film production) in Padua, at the Scuola Internazionale di Comics, graduated in 2024.
I've taken part in game-jams and an original game production as a character and environment concept artist
I also have a knowledge of screenplay writing and storyboarding, but they're not in my main skillset.
I'm an all-arts junkie and played the piano for 10 years for the local youth orchestra before committing to visual arts.
I love taking up new hobbies and will often use them in my artworks (for example I've been learning to make my own clothes and made a cape replica that I've used in some character designs).
I also have a good knowledge of the english language, with an A-grade C1 First Certificate in English, gotten in 2021.
